I recently experienced one of those moments we’ve all had. Where you really want to help, but don’t have the capability to help at the level you want, and you don’t know how to ask or even what to ask for. I decide to ask anyway, and emailed DrinkLMNT to see if there was anyway they could help and provide some of their amazing electrolyte drinks for the firefighters on the Sand Creek and Bobcat fires. And boy did that reinforce the lesson that if you don’t ask, people can’t help.

12,456 cans were delivered today!!! LMNT covered the cost, and the shipment. An answer to my request that went above and beyond anything I expected. Thank you also the amazing Jacob Buttrey for accepting the delivery and making sure it got to the fire camp. and a huge shout out to Mark Stonebreaker with Mountain Building Center, LLC. for being the man with his forklift, getting all of the pallets on the trailer.

🔥🌲 **Wildfire Smoke Impacting Your Lungs & Sinuses?**

Wildfire smoke is in the air across Montana, and it can be tough on the respiratory system. Smoke, ash, and tiny airborne particles can leave your **sinuses irritated, throat scratchy, and lungs feeling like they could use a little extra TLC.**

A few of our favorite natural wellness options for supporting respiratory health during smoky conditions:

🌿 **Mullein** — Traditionally used to support the lungs and respiratory tract. Mullein can be especially soothing when the throat and airways feel dry or irritated.

🍄 **Cordyceps** — A functional mushroom traditionally used to support lung function, oxygen utilization, stamina, and overall respiratory wellness.

💧 **Saline nasal rinses or sprays** — A simple way to help rinse smoke, dust, pollen, and other airborne particles from the nasal passages. Be sure to use distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water for nasal rinsing.

🌱 **NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)** — Supports the body's production of glutathione, an important antioxidant, while also supporting healthy respiratory function and normal mucus clearance.
