Okay… I had to document this. 👀

I recently started incorporating a gua sha facial brush into my skincare routine, and today I decided to actually take pictures as I went.

And YES — these were taken during the same session. No filter. No makeup added between pictures.

I wasn’t looking for perfection. I wanted to see whether I could actually SEE a difference.

Look at the appearance of my cheek area, jawline, under-eye area and overall facial puffiness from the first picture to the last. 👀

Gua sha/facial brushing is all about gentle massage and movement — helping temporarily reduce the appearance of puffiness and giving the skin that fresh, awakened look.

And of course, you know me… I’m pairing it with my Red Root Wellness facial routine. 🌿

I’ve spent so much time focusing on what we PUT on our skin that I’m loving exploring another piece of skincare: how we care for and massage the skin itself.

This is only the beginning, so I’m going to keep documenting it.

But for one session?

I’m impressed. 😳

When I say I use my Household Cleaner / Scented Mop Soap for EVERYTHING… I mean EVERYTHING! 🙌🧼

I decided to put it to the test on my car mats, and the results were AMAZING. 🤯 They cleaned up beautifully—and of course, they smell incredible too!
