7 bagged whole, 4 parted out into legs, thighs and wings, then 4 backs and 7 necks bagged for stock. I started to think while we were processing about how far removed from our food we really are. So many wouldn't be able to take part in processing their own meat. Convenience and cheap food is a great thing but knowing what went into your meat and how it was treated, that's priceless.
