In stock and ready for pick up at our store outside of Portland, Oregon. Built like a tank!

American-made engineering is at the heart of the Yoder Smokers S-Series. The proprietary Advanced Control System (ACS) was designed to do more than connect to your phone—it was built to think through the cook in real time. Constantly monitoring conditions, making intelligent adjustments, and maintaining precision control throughout the entire process, the ACS gives pitmasters true command over every cook.

Integrated FireBoard technology adds the convenience of WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to monitor temps, track food probes, receive alerts, and manage your cook from anywhere. Finished with an induction-style ceramic igniter that reaches 1850° for faster startups and long-term reliability, the S-Series is built around one thing: uncompromising performance.
Purpose-built. American-made. Engineered to outperform.
