Donna's Personal Touch Donna's Personal Touch was opened August 3rd, 1987. Remodeled in 1996. We are a Full Family Hair Care Center. Caress Reinsch Joined the Team In Jan. of 2013.

We offer Haircuts for the whole family, Hair Coloring, Perms, Manicure, Waxing ( lip, eye, and nose) only. Wedding and Prom Hair and Tanning is also available. We are Opened Tue-Friday and Sat by appointment only.
