Who you trust matters.

Not all lymphatic work is created equal… and I say that with a lot of respect for this profession 💙

But not all experience is the same.

Some therapists are just getting started after a weekend class — and we all begin somewhere.

But when it comes to your body, your health, and your results… experience truly matters.

Over the years, I’ve been incredibly blessed to build a deep foundation in this work:
• 35 years in the medical field
• 22 years as a licensed massage therapist
• 13 years specializing in lymphatic therapy
• 156+ hours of advanced lymphatic training
• 10 years in private practice
• Former lead therapist in oncology & lymphatics at a national cancer treatment center

I’ve worked with thousands of clients — each one different, each one teaching me something new.

That experience allows me to see what others might miss…
to adjust in real time…
and to meet your body exactly where it is.

If you’ve been on the fence, or wondering who to trust with your care…
I’d be honored to work with you.

Stories From the Table #8

One thing I hear from clients quite often after their first lymphatic session is something like:

"I didn’t realize how swollen I felt until it was gone."

When swelling, congestion, or fluid buildup develops slowly over time, the body can start to feel heavy, tight, or puffy without us even realizing how much it’s affecting us.

After a session, some clients notice things like:

• their rings feel looser
• their face looks less puffy
• their legs feel lighter
• their body simply feels more comfortable

Sometimes it isn’t until the lymphatic system begins moving more freely that people realize how much fluid and congestion their body was holding onto.

Those moments of relief are always special to see.

Helping people feel more comfortable, mobile, and at ease in their bodies is one of the reasons I love this work.

Stories From the Table #7

Some of the ways I help clients manage lymphedema go beyond what happens during a session.

As a dealer with a national compression garment company, I’m able to help clients obtain inelastic compression wraps that can make a big difference in managing swelling.

Over the years, I’ve had multiple clients who struggled to keep their swelling under control until they found the right support garments for their bodies.

Once they started using properly fitted wraps, many told me it changed everything about how they were able to manage their condition day to day.

Lymphedema management often requires several tools working together, and the right compression support can be an important part of that process.

Helping clients find solutions that allow them to stay comfortable, mobile, and confident is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

Stories From the Table #6

"I can finally fit back in my clothes"

A client came to see me about six weeks after her cosmetic surgery procedure.

She had undergone skin removal after an incredible 144-pound weight loss journey.

Even six weeks after surgery, she was frustrated because she still couldn't fit back into the clothes she had worn before the procedure. The swelling from surgery was still lingering.

She came in for three lymphatic sessions to help move some of that fluid and inflammation.

After two sessions, she reported something exciting.

She had lost two inches and was finally able to fit back into her regular clothes again.

Post-surgical swelling can sometimes linger longer than people expect, and supporting the lymphatic system can help the body move that fluid so healing can continue.

Helping clients feel comfortable in their bodies again is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

Stories From the Table #5

One of the things I hear most often from clients when they get off the table is:

“I feel so much calmer.”

Many also say they feel lighter, clearer, and refreshed — almost like their whole system has taken a deep breath.

The lymphatic system plays a big role in how the body moves fluid, reduces congestion, and supports overall balance in the body.

When that system begins to move more freely, people often notice that sense of calm and relief almost immediately.

Those moments are always special to witness.

Helping people feel more comfortable and at ease in their bodies is one of the reasons I love this work.

Stories From the Table #4

“My physical therapist is finally able to work with my knees again.”

A client came to see me after having double knee replacement surgery.

His physical therapist was working hard with him, but they had reached a frustrating point.

The swelling in his knees, shins, and ankles was so severe that it was limiting his range of motion, and it was also causing him a lot of discomfort.

Because of that swelling, progress in physical therapy had started to stall.

He came in to see me for three lymphatic sessions to help move some of that fluid and inflammation out of his lower legs.

After those sessions, he reported back with some great news.

His physical therapist was thrilled that the swelling had started coming down in his lower legs because it allowed them to finally continue progressing his rehabilitation.

Sometimes healing isn’t about pushing harder —
sometimes the body just needs help moving inflammation and fluid out of the way so healing can continue.

Moments like this are one of the reasons I love what I do.

Stories from the Table #3

"You might actually be able to help me"

A few years ago, an 82-year-old client came to see me with growing concern that her lipedema had progressed into lymphedema.

She had already seen multiple therapists over the years and felt like she wasn't getting anywhere.

When she walked into my office, she stood with her arms crossed and an expression that clearly said:

"You probably can’t do anything for me either."

But something shifted during that first session.

By the end of our time together, she was smiling, animated, and hopeful that she had finally found someone who could help her manage what she was dealing with.

For the last three years, we’ve continued working together regularly.

And today she remains vibrant, active, and moving, while managing a condition that can sometimes lead to immobility when left unsupported.

Moments like this are why I love what I do.

Helping people feel like their bodies are working with them again is incredibly rewarding.

If you’re dealing with swelling, lipedema, lymphedema, or just feel like your body needs support…
