This mindfulness coloring and activity book was created to help children, adolescents, and teens explore friendship, emotions, creativity, self-expression, and calming tools in a supportive and engaging way.

Through coloring pages, breathing exercises, reflection activities, and mindful moments, Earth Ann and Sky remind young people that it’s okay to have feelings, ask for support, and take time to care for their emotional wellness.

As a Wellness Specialist and creator of calm spaces, my heart behind this series is to provide simple, meaningful tools that help children feel seen, valued, and supported, one mindful moment at a time.

Being more intentional within my own space these next two years instead of constantly being everywhere else. That does not mean I don’t love people deeply, because I do. This season has simply shown me who and where I’m meant to pour into fully, protect my peace, and show up wholeheartedly. Sometimes growth looks like becoming more present in the places that truly water your spirit.
