💙 CASSE Community Health Institute at Golden Years Safety Week! 💙
We were honored to participate in the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office “Golden Years Safety Week” at Safety Town! 👮‍♀️👵👴
Patti Webb, FNP and Leigh Womack, RN enjoyed spending time with some of our community’s seniors, sharing information about the services available at CASSE Community Health Institute and answering questions about primary care.
We also talked about two important health conditions—hypertension (high blood pressure) and diabetes—including the importance of regular checkups, monitoring your health, and knowing your numbers. 🩺❤️
We love opportunities to connect with our community, educate, listen, and help make sure everyone knows where they can turn for quality, compassionate healthcare.

Thank you to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office for inviting CASSE to be part of such an important event!

Back-to-School Community Fun!
A few of our CASSE Community Health Institute team members had the opportunity to participate in the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Back-to-School Safety Kick-Off & Health Fair at Sheriff’s Safety Town!
Dr. McConnell, Pediatrician; Michelle Chauvin, PMHNP-BC; and Leigh Womack, RN enjoyed connecting with families and sharing health and wellness resources.

CASSE Community Health Institute was proud to participate in the DeSoto Parish Schools Annual Back to School Blast Off! 🎒📚
We enjoyed connecting with school staff, parents, students, and other members of the community while sharing information about the healthcare services we provide. Events like these are a wonderful opportunity to build relationships, promote healthy living, and support students as they prepare for a successful school year.

CASSE Community Health Institute was honored to participate in the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Camp this week! ☀️🏕️
Some of our team enjoyed spending time with campers and sharing the importance of healthy habits through fun and engaging educational sessions. A special thank you to our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Chauvin, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Shelby Doler, Family Nurse Practitioner, Patti Webb, and Registered Nurse, Leigh Womack, for leading health education during the campers’ rotations.
At CASSE, we believe that teaching children healthy habits today helps build stronger, healthier communities tomorrow.
