Of course they're talking about the packaging, but it reminded me that we probably never looked at all the ingredients.

The lesson? Don't just buy a supplement or vitamin (OR GET AN IV) without knowing EVERYTHING that's in it. You never know.

It astounds me how often otherwise intelligent people will come to us for an IV after a round of golf, completely dehydrated because they didn't drink enough water while playing, didn't stay in the shade when possible, and wore dark sun-grabbing clothing.

We're in the South and it's summer... clubs aren't the only gear you need on a day like today.

So, we're closing at noon today unfortunately, but if you make the short drive to the Bossier office ( 1000 Chinaberry, suite 501 Bossier City, LA 71111 ) were going to give you $20 off!

So doing the math, one gallon of gas is $4 so you make $16 for driving 12 minutes. That's insane!
