6/19/2026 - consultation/new patient - Breast Augmentation
First, every single person I encountered at The Wall Center was polite, very accommodating, and I felt very welcome. Next, Dr Wall’s nurse came in and prepared me for my consult with the doctor. She prepped me on how it was going to go, what questions he would ask me, etc. I’ve never had someone prepare me for a doctor’s visit like that. Plus, she was so abundantly kind and easy-going. She also made me feel welcome and valued. If I had any nervousness before the consult, she diminished it. Then, when Dr Wall came in, he was so friendly, professional, and very disarming. I did not expect to feel that comfortable with him. Part of his consultation included a 3D simulation of what my breast augmentation would look like. That was very helpful because it made me more confident about my decision. Dr Wall is so easy-going and down to earth. After my consultation with the doctor, we then sat down with the account specialist. She went over all the costs and the paperwork kinds of things. She even stayed 30 or so minutes after the office closed because the consultation went a little over time due to complications with the 3D vectra simulation program. But the account specialist didn’t seem bothered by this at all. She remained upbeat and happy. If I had to pinpoint one word to describe how every single person I encountered in that office made me feel, it would be the word welcomed. I have never been to a doctor’s office with that level of positivity. I told my daughter it felt like the Chick-fil-A of doctors offices. Every encounter with every employee felt like a “my pleasure.”.
