Today, Dr. Russell presented a Grand Rounds lecture at LSU Health Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine, on the relationship between domestic violence/intimate partner violence and mental illness.

UPDATE: Youree and E. Washington is now flooded, and closed, while Shreveport Fire Dept. conducts water rescues. Please do not try to access our office through that intersection!

There is significant flooding near the office, in the Youree/E. Washington area, as well as other parts of town (e.g., other parts of Youree Drive, I-49, Pierremont Road). Flash flood conditions are expected to continue into tomorrow. Clients with appointments this afternoon should use caution when determining whether they can safely get to the office. We are happy to reschedule your appointment if needed - just give us a call (318-685-9148) or email ([email protected]). Everyone stay safe and dry!

The CFP Shreveport family is growing!!!

Join us in congratulating Josie and her husband, who are expecting their first child in mid to late-September! We couldn't be happier for them, and cannot wait to meet the littlest Savannah!

Happy Administrative Professionals Day to our own Josie Savannah! Josie has been with the practice from day one, and keeps everything running smoothly. She does it all, from scheduling, billing, administering psychological testing under Dr. Russell's supervision, to interfacing with courts and attorneys for forensic cases! She is bright, courteous, professional, and dedicated, and the practice couldn't function without her! Thank you, Josie, and we hope you feel celebrated today and every day!
