Isabelle Sava, 19 — taekwondo world medalist; died suddenly in her sleep on August 17, reportedly from cardiac arrest.

MicahJo Barnett, 20 — William Jewell College football player; collapsed during a game on August 27 after a medical emergency and died. T

Odin Hensley, 17 — Texas high-school football player and wrestler; collapsed during practice on August 10 and died two days later from complications of the medical emergency.
