A board certified Family Medicine physician, Dr. Luraguiz-Gibson finished her Family Medicine training at the University of Arkansas College of Medicine. Dr. Luraguiz-Gibson graduated from Hospital Italiano Medical School in Buenos Aires in 2007, and completed an internship with rotations in Internal Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Family Medicine and Surgery. She later completed an elective inte

rnship and a post-doctoral fellowship at the Feist-Weiller Cancer Center at the LSU Health Sciences Center and worked in clinical research in the Pediatrics Department of LSU before starting her Family Medicine residency program. A native of Argentina Dr. Luraguiz-Gibson speaks English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Her goal is to focus on improving cosmetic appearance with medical procedures and a personalized and professional care. Although aesthetic medicine procedures are typically elective, they can significantly improve quality of life, psychological wellbeing and social function.
