This one’s been on my heart lately, so I’m just going to say it.
The stress over perfection is often harming you more than the thing you’re trying to avoid.
I sit across from preconception clients regularly who have done everything right — and they’re burned out, inflamed, and still not where they want to be. And what they need isn’t another protocol. It’s permission to let some things go.
I always come back to this: control the controllables.
Do the things within your power with consistency and intention — and release the rest.
That release? It’s not giving up. It’s healing.
Stress drives inflammation. It disrupts hormones. It taxes the body in ways we don’t always see coming. And in a world where Instagram will always have a new list of things to fear or fix — sometimes the most radical health choice is choosing peace over perfection. (Read that again, my friend)
