Happy Sunday! Camp Gladiator Sienna will be closing at end of this month. After long reflection and prayers I have decided I need to put a few responsibilities down. I have truly enjoyed working with everyone and hope to do so again in some form or fashion in the future.

We will be closed on Monday the 25th but other than that I plan on holding workouts the rest of the month. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:45 and 6:00 am.

Cold weather is on the way, but we should be good to go for a workout tomorrow morning! You are INVITED TO COME TO ONE OF THE WORKOUTS. We may be trapped inside much of the weekend so let's get it done tomorrow! For every member that attends I will do 2 burpees and for every guest, I will do 5 burpees! Who can beat a fun challenging work out that is FREE and you can make the trainer sweat?!? I hope I see you in the side parking lot at Alyssa Ferguson Elem. 1300 Heritage Park Drive at 4:45am or 6:00am!
