Nearly a year since we have been able to gather together in our sacred circle. I cannot express how deeply this is missed. We have wobbled along on Zoom but it is nowhere near the exquisite experience we shared each week. I hit a wall the last couple of months, especially after having Covid myself, and I could not bear another Zoom session pretending to be beautiful. Finally, last night we gathered, on Zoom, for a Restorative session. I am so grateful to be reminded of the bounty of renewal of body, mind and soul when we DO show up in this way. However bastardized it is. And for me, I love, so much, the feeling of being home, every time I teach a class.

I cannot really express how much I miss our sacred circle, our altar, our free flowing emotions and revelations, our use of our bodies/minds/spirits as a way to heal and evolve...still holding on to hope that we will again, in the not so distant future, meet again in our sacredness 🙏🏻💗

Gave myself a class in/on my current studio space. Was quite lovely I must say tho my only student took over my mat in the middle of class..
I am working on/learning about offering some online content. As well as some of my playlists. Hope to have some things pulled together in the next couple of days.
Keep breathing deeply and intentionally. Slow your system down.
Stretch. Oh, do stretch! Cannot say enough how helpful that is to your whole being.
