We are surrounded by the promise of transformation.
Overhaul your hormones. Rebuild your metabolism. Optimize everything.
And if you're anything like many women I know and work with, you're tired of it.
Not because you don't want to feel better — but because all that noise about the biggest shift makes it almost impossible to notice the smaller ones that fill your cup:
🫶 The moment you slept a little more soundly and woke up rested.
🫶 The workout that left you feeling energized felt good rather than depleting.
🫶 The breath you remembered to take before reacting.
Sylvia Boorstein wrote that if we can grow just a little clearer, a little wiser, and a little more loving, our lives will be radically transformed.
Not overhauled. Transformed. Through attention. Through the small and the subtle.
That's what I keep coming back to in this work. The quieting. The noticing. The willingness to let a small shift actually count.
Your body has been trying to tell you something. It doesn't need you to overhaul it.
It needs you to listen.
💾 Save this for when the noise gets loud.
