It can be difficult to take the first steps. You don’t have to do it alone. Don’t ignore your primary care doctor, they can provide resources. Holistic Doctors at FFWC prioritize food, herbs, supplements, mindfulness therapies to address chronic pain problems, anxiety issues, sleep issues, mindful weightloss, just to name a few. We work with our patients one on one! We primarily see patients using Telehealth and now at our new Greenbelt office!!
