Joint recovery is not just about how something feels. At Axis Sports Medicine, we measure it.

A goniometer is a simple but powerful tool used to measure the angle of a joint— in this case, the knee. At Axis, we use it to track progress, set goals, and ensure our clients are moving in the way they need to be for the activities they love. Whether you are working toward getting back on the bike, hitting the trails, or logging big elevation this summer, knowing exactly where your range of motion stands is a critical part of building a plan that gets you there.

If you are recovering from an injury or surgery and want to know where you stand heading into summer, shoot us a message or stop by one of our clinics. We would love to help you get moving.

We loved having the VNTRbirds team join us at our Silverthorne location this past winter, and they wrote about it beautifully!

Sixteen outdoor educators and ambassadors came in for an evening of Functional Movement Screening, walking away with personalized plans, a better understanding of their bodies, and a few humbling moments along the way.

FMS helps uncover imbalances and mobility limitations that often go unnoticed until they lead to injury. For mountain athletes, that kind of awareness is everything.

A couple of weekends ago, our team headed to Outer Range Brewing in Frisco for The Cycle Effect Bike and Film Fest, and it was great to see so many people come out for such a great cause!

From community rides and bike workshops to film screenings celebrating women in cycling, the energy was exactly what you would expect from a community that shows up for each other. As proud sponsors of The Cycle Effect, being part of days like this never gets old, and exactly why we love being part of this community.

Here's to a full summer of riding, community, and keeping everyone safe on the trail!

These were the moments from the Women of the Summit's "Peak Vitality: Health, Resilience and Longevity at Altitude" luncheon.

Axis PT Christy Rost joined a panel of experts at the Silverthorne Pavilion for a real, honest conversation about hormonal changes, the impact of altitude on aging and recovery, and injury prevention for active mountain lifestyles.

As a proud sponsor, we were honored to be part of this community. Thank you to Women of the Summit for bringing it all together!

We believe that a healthy, active life extends beyond the physical, and that is why we are proud sponsors of Theatre SilCo, one of Colorado's most intimate and celebrated professional theatres.

This summer, Theatre SilCo is bringing two unforgettable productions to the stage, and we could not be more excited to share them with our community.

First up, Million Dollar Quartet runs June 19-August 2. Step into Sun Records in 1956 Memphis for the legendary night Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins all crossed paths. Electrifying, rockin', and full of the music that defined a generation.

Then, August 11-September 13, Tenderly: The Rosemary Clooney Musical takes the stage. A heartwarming celebration of one of America's greatest musical icons, tracing her journey from small-town girl to international star.

Get tickets and learn more about both productions and upcoming events at thesilco.org.
