Welcoming Heather Huggett to The Zetta House! She will be here on Mondays. Below is a little more about Heather and her myofunctional therapy :).
As an Oregon native, I spent the past few years living in Utah before returning home to the Pacific Northwest. I have always loved the charm and strong sense of community in Silverton, and I am thrilled to be part of the incredible team at the Zetta House. Their mission of bringing together like-minded women who are passionate about promoting health and wellness in the community aligns perfectly with my own values.
With 30 years of experience as a dental hygienist, I have dedicated my career to prevention and uncovering the root causes of oral and airway issues. I am passionate about helping people understand how the way they breathe and where they rest their tongue can significantly impact their sleep, overall health, and well-being.
As a myofunctional therapist, I work with both children and adults to improve oral function, breathing patterns, and sleep quality. I offer personalized care through both in-person and telehealth appointments, making it convenient for patients to access support wherever they are.
