Good Eats

I made myself a belated birthday cake: carrot cake with spiced cream cheese frosting decorated with mums & goldenrod. Matcha in a mushroom cup. Breakfast with a carrot & apple pressed juice I made. Mushroom baked chickn. Sushi for sharing. Seasonal PSJ.

I love my relationship with food. Grateful to always find ways to try new things, savor the classics & nourish myself without needing animal products.

Which one would you eat? :)

Cozy Connections 🍂

I’m definitely a homebody during this time of year but I still love to connect with my inner circle in memorable ways. offers indoor picnics that’ll elevate your home for any occasion: kickbacks, birthday, etc.

Just know if you’re coming to my home, I’m asking you about mushrooms over some mocktails!

Ahh so this is 27

My birthday was on Tuesday, the 26th but I’ve been fully immersed in a big transitional phase with my family lately. So here’s a mini album of glimmers.

Feels good to be a woman, wife, mother & now homeowner 💓

Much love to everyone who made my birthday lovely over the last few weeks, you have a special place in my big vegan heart.

Black King Trumpet Mushroom

I must admit, this has been the hardest mushroom for me to grow at home yet. But also one of the largest outside of wine caps. It’s like a hybrid mushroom too.

Nonetheless it tasted delicious in a little vegan “seafood” boil! With sausage, corn, potatoes & palm hearts.

Thanks for the challenge !!!
