From this foundation there is potential to access information from this life, as well as any life imprinted in your Soul's akashic records. But HOW can we move differently? What changes do we need to make to support a new version of ourselves to emerge?

Often old ways of thinking and being don’t support where we want to go, or the vision of ourselves that we want to embody.

Some habits and patterns can be difficult to shift, and resistance can show up when we set out to explore new ways of being.

It is so often our struggles that truly give shape to the strength we can embody as individuals. The pain that we carry, that we've buried deep within the recesses of our psyches, when uncovered can give way to an alchemical process so powerful you'll forever be altered.

You cannot heal if you were never broken, never scarred, never touched by life or by love. None of us are immune to the raw vulnerabilities of our human experience. Some of us experience traumas & tragedies that are beyond words & that which seem beyond healing.

We all have the power to heal. We are all worthy of our healing, our reclamation of self. We are all in process. Always evolving. Gaining wisdom & compassion through the difficulties we face. Gaining perspective over that which at one time or another brought us to our knees.

Meeting ourselves where we are, acknowledging what we've been through, & accepting what has transpired is a step towards the gateway to our healing. A step towards our unfolding process that when shared shines a light for others to heal. As we heal ourselves, we heal the world around us. As within, so without.
