We regret to inform you that Omnia Wellness will be closing its doors effective May 15th, 2026.

Letters are currently being sent to our patients via the portal about this closure (this is a process given the quantity of patients so please bear with us). The decision was not made lightly and comes after careful consideration of many factors and we are deeply grateful for entrusting your care to us in over the past several years!

Your health continues to remain our top priority and we encourage you to establish care with another provider as soon as possible and call 605-271-1020 or email [email protected] to get your records transferred before May 15th!
