🐌 Go slow & be intentional ✨

That's the mantra that has been on repeat since my car accident in April, and it's only ramping up as I prepare for some time off, in nature, for my second year with one of my spiritual communities.

I will be out of town, not teaching or taking on clients from July 27th - Aug 16th (3 weeks) and likely another three weeks in September, dates TBD.

I wonder if I was born with this question in my ear, for it feels like it has always been with me. It has an essence that radiates "my life purpose." 🤷😅😜

And, I feel my teenage self side eyeing that question 😒 hesitant to pick it up. Yet I did. I've carried it and I'm amazed by what I have uncovered.

Paths interweaving across mindfulness + well-being, addictive tendencies + the recovery process, trauma + what it means to actually heal...

My own curiosities, explorations and individual nervous system template (as I like to call it) have crafted my career over the last decade+.

☝️This is one thing I've found along the way. This is why I always say, "death is my teacher" (see pinned About post on profile).

And, you don't have to make changes. You don't have to love yourself or love your life.

But if you want to, I'm here to help support that and I'm committed to the responsibility of living that way as well.
