"The Gong Whisperer: Vibration, Resonance, and Consciousness"

Preston Klik will speak to us about vibration and resonance from a scientific perspective, answer questions, and play his customized HEART GONG, plus crystal bowls, Himalayan Temple Bowls, ocean drum, etc. in what he calls a gong wash. This richly cinematic musical odyssey is as beautiful to the eye as it is to the ear, heart, body, and mind, inspiring deep inner journeying. The workshop will end with ideas of how you can use sound in your own meditation practices.
