And I do want to throw this out there. Bayou isn’t going away forever. I still own the name and always will. It just won’t be at that location. I’ve actually found a really nice building away from all of the other shops in town. I could very easily make it the nicest shop in town. I just don’t have anyone I trust to manage it, so if anyone knows a responsible, sober, very experienced Artist who might be interested, tell them to hit me on my personal page.

Well Folks, all good things must come to an end. After 28 years in the same location, Bayou Tattoos is officially closed. When Grizz and I took over ownership of Bayou in 1998 upon the death of the original owner, Ringo Butts, I didn't plan on being in the Tattoo Business for 20 years, I just wanted my friends to keep their jobs. To everyone who supported us over the years, I give my humble thanks. We still own Abita Tattoo, so if your looking for Awesome Tattoos at Fair prices, hit up their page. We are looking at new buildings in Slidell, Old Mandeville and New Orleans, so stay tuned. 28 years, we mean it when we say we Tattooed your Momma and your Grandmaw too. Hello! It's your Piercer here at WFBT and I've got a deal for YOU! I am going to start something new! I will be choosing a piercing to offer a special on each month and I thought the would be a perfect start! So many people get their Navels pierced and it's the perfect time of year to get it done so that it's healed by the time beach weather hits! Navel piercings done by me will be $15 plus the cost of jewelry (starting at $30 and goes up from there depending on what you pick out). You can either book an appointment with me for this piercing or you can just walk right in!
