Your favorite elderberry syrup that the entire family can use is restocked and is in new, bigger glass bottles. Organic elderberries have been combined with other berries that are extraordinarily high in vitamin C:
🩷Amla berries (Indian gooseberry) contain 10-20 times more vitamin C than oranges and an ORAC (antioxidant) score that can be 50 times more than blueberries
🩷Rosehips also contain about 15 times more vitamin C than oranges and an ORAC score that is 10 times greater than blueberries.
🩷Goji berries have a high vitamin C and antioxidant count as well, but where they really outperform other fruits and berries is in its beta carotene and zeaxanthin (eye health) content.
🩷Fresh ginger has been added to balance out the energetics of the berries and to provide a wonderful taste.
🩷Lastly, and most importantly, we use a non palm glycerin to sweeten and stabilize our syrup. In my opinion, glycerin has a smoother finish and won't crystallize like some honey based syrups can. While glycerin is sweet, it does not impact your glycemic index so diabetics can use this formula and so can babies.

Since so many folks have been coming in asking about their lymphatic system, I made a traditional fire cider to address this issue. Fire Cider, popularized by herbalist Rosemary Gladstar, is an infused vinegar and a fantastic way to incorporate herbs as food, a kitchen medicine, if you will. It has been traditionally used at the onset of a cold due to it's warming and anti microbial properties. Fire Cider can be added to water, juice, sparkling water for a mocktail, but my favorite way is to sprinkle it over greens, grains, bean dishes, salad dressings, and even as a marinade. It's not only nutrient dense, but is also a wonderful digestive.

During the tropical storm yesterday, I made some new 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦🌿🍯🌻 and I must say, they are delicious!

What is an electuary? In its most basic form, it is a honey paste. Powdered and sifted herbs are folded into honey and are meant to be taken by the spoonful, added to some warm tea, spread on toast or fruit, or add it to a charcuterie tray. It is a great way to preserve your harvest and to incorporate less palatable herbs into your daily routine.

2nd EDIT:
It's 2 PM and the intersections by me in Olde Towne still have water. The mayor just made an announcement and is pleading with people to stay off the streets because cars are causing waves to enter people's businesses and homes. It's raining again so we are going to call it a day. We will be open back tomorrow so please wait then to come and see us. Stay off the roads and stay safe friends.
EDIT: it's 11:31 and we just received another warning for flash flooding. I'm at the shop, but not opening the doors yet. No need for anyone to risk their lives right now.
