Want to impress guests or even your family? Put away that instant rice and buy a bag of real jasmine or basmati rice. Cook it using the kings boil method and be ready for the wow! Such a simple and cheap step can really improve any meal where rice is served. We know of may converts who once they have rice cooked this way they won't go back. Our favorite is jasmine rice with its beautiful aroma but basmati isn't bad either.

This is one of JollyCooks personal favorites. Served almost warm it is part cake, part brownie and pure heaven. The buttermilk adds a distinct twist. Add another twist by sprinkling in chopped walnuts or pecans into the frosting just before pouring all over this delicious cake. We hope you enjoy this JollyCook family favorite recipe.
