Week 4 update! 🔥 Halfway there!

Our participant is starting to notice more sculpting and definition through her abs, along with improved core strength since completing her Emsculpt series in combination with the strength training. She’s also feeling clearer and more focused throughout the day, without the brain fog or feeling completely drained by the end of the day thanks to her NAD+ injections.

As someone who spends much of her day stationary at a desk, she’s especially enjoying the vibration plate as a way to step away, get moving, and break up that feeling of tension from sitting for long periods.

Four weeks down, four to go! Her next check-in will be at Week 8, so stay tuned to see where the challenge takes her!

Week 4 of our 8-Week Total Body Challenge!

Halfway there! Our participant has been especially enjoying the vibration plate because it’s giving him a way to feel the progress in his core strength and stability after completing his Emsculpt sessions. After spending all day on his feet, he says he’s no longer coming home feeling as sore, and instead has the energy to continue enjoying the rest of his day.

He’s also noticed improved circulation and less inflammation since incorporating the vibration plate into his routine. It’s amazing what four weeks of consistency can do!

Now that we’ve reached the halfway point, his next check-in will be at Week 8. We can’t wait to see the progress!
