The Portion Controller is a medical weight loss belt that was invented by Dr. David Asley to replace all weight loss surgeries such as the lapband or bypass surgery. The belt gently suppresses your appetite only allowing you to eat half your portions or less. You can remove the belt at any time. It controls the portion sizes you are eating.
