JT enjoys swimming once a week as part of his Community Habilitation Residential (Comm Hab R) day programming. This kind of programming empowers JT to choose his own adventure in his daily activities. This is person-centered choice in action! During the summer, he loves going to a neighboring Brightway residence to shoot some hoops and cool off with a swim in the pool. A major thank you to the Rotary Club of Greenport! Because of their support, one of our Adult Residences was able to purchase a new outdoor umbrella for the patio area to enhance their outdoor space. As you can see, it is already being put to good use!

Administrative Spirit Week was in full swing, bringing the team together for a "Through the Decades" celebration. Staff showcased their creativity in a decade-themed door-decorating contest, enjoyed a delicious luncheon, dressed to impress for their decade of choice, and won exciting raffle prizes. It was a fantastic way to honor the hard work, dedication, and vital contributions of the Brightway Administrative Team.
