closing my eyes is always the best to know my client’s body and what they need, something profound is happening as I get all the information to help you find relief.

My client came in with a shoulder and back pain, but after touching her feet, suddenly she realized they hurt a lot more than her back or her shoulder and she did not even realize! This is how intentional I am with all my massages, I want you to find true relief!

I love this technique! Is so easy, and my clients love it!

i love you all. Sincerely, I am trying my best to keep up even though there are days I am not at my best, but the Lord is guiding me and giving me the strenght I did not know I could have. I had never in my life made so much efforts for myself, for my dreams and for all the people I care. Is cray how Jesus can change it all if you trust HIM, that does not mean you will have it all figured out it or perfect. It means one step at a time, you will be at peace in the process, and while you get there, you will be enjoying every breath and this present moment HE has given us.

All I have is gratitude for another day being alive and able to do what I love. ❤️

It’s hard to maintain the same rythm at work without maintaining as well our bodies. Massage Therapy is mentally and physically exhausting, it takes SO much from us that we can’t forget we need the time to nurture ourselves as well.
