i love you all. Sincerely, I am trying my best to keep up even though there are days I am not at my best, but the Lord is guiding me and giving me the strenght I did not know I could have. I had never in my life made so much efforts for myself, for my dreams and for all the people I care. Is cray how Jesus can change it all if you trust HIM, that does not mean you will have it all figured out it or perfect. It means one step at a time, you will be at peace in the process, and while you get there, you will be enjoying every breath and this present moment HE has given us.

All I have is gratitude for another day being alive and able to do what I love. ā¤ļø

Itā€™s hard to maintain the same rythm at work without maintaining as well our bodies. Massage Therapy is mentally and physically exhausting, it takes SO much from us that we canā€™t forget we need the time to nurture ourselves as well.
