We’ve been taught to fear so many foods…
Carbs are “bad.” Fruit has “too much sugar.” Dessert will “ruin your progress.”
Then we cut foods out, feel exhausted, think about food all day, crave everything in sight, and blame ourselves when we eventually eat the foods we were trying so hard to avoid.
But food isn’t the enemy 🥙
Your body needs carbohydrates, protein, fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals to function at its best. Food provides energy, supports your health, and allows you to enjoy life, not something to fear.
Balance isn’t about eating perfectly. It’s about nourishing your body while making room for flexibility, satisfaction, and enjoyment.
The more we stop labeling foods as “good” or “bad,” the easier it becomes to build a healthier and more positive relationship with food 💖
