Let's talk about vitamin D for a second. Turns out it might do a lot more than support your bones.

Studies have linked low vitamin D to ED in men and it looks like there's a real connection for women too. In one study, women with s*xual dysfunction and low vitamin D actually saw real improvement after treatment, compared to those on a placebo. Another study found supplementation boosted their libido.

Wild, right? Something as simple as a vitamin deficiency could be playing a bigger role than you'd think.
