Sometimes we get discouraged because the crowd hasn’t shown up yet. The likes aren’t pouring in. The phone isn’t ringing. The business isn’t moving as quickly as we imagined.

But I’m learning something…

The harvest doesn’t start with the crowd. It starts with the seed.

Before anybody recognizes the brand, BUILD IT.

Before everybody understands the vision, BUILD IT.

Pretty hustler transitioning into a MONEY MAGNET. 💼✨

There was a season when I thought building a business meant I simply had to work harder.

More hours. More hustle. More sacrifice.

But I’m learning that the next level requires something different: strategy, structure, consistency, relationships, and positioning.

I’m not just working harder anymore.
I’m building smarter.

To my fellow nurses—especially my RNs: LPNs are NOT “baby nurses.” We are NURSES.

We work hard. We study hard. We complete nursing programs. We sit for state boards. We are licensed professionals, and we carry real responsibility for the patients entrusted to our care.

We are not “just pill poppers.” We assess, observe, document, educate, advocate, communicate with providers, recognize changes in condition, supervise where permitted, and provide hands-on nursing care every single day.

Our scope of practice may be different from that of an RN, but different does not mean less valuable.

Respect the scope. Respect the education. Respect the license. Respect the LPN. 👩🏽‍⚕️💪🏽
