The Delaware Pharmacy Society (DPS) is now accepting nominations for our prestigious annual awards to be given on Sunday November 15th at 5 pm at the Levin Center in Smyrna. These awards recognize outstanding contributions to the pharmacy profession and community service.

Consider nominating a deserving colleague for one of the following awards:

Young Pharmacist of the Year: must be member of DPS in year selected, licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Delaware and has practiced for nine or less years in retail, institutional, or consulting pharmacy, and participates in State Association activities, in National Pharmacy Associations, professional programs, and community service.

Friend of Pharmacy: Recognizes an individual outside the Delaware Pharmacy Society who has made significant contributions in support of the Society and the pharmacy profession

Bowl of Hygeia: The recipient must be a Pharmacist, and licensed in Delaware and recipient must be living, practicing pharmacy in the state of Delaware, cannot be a previous recipient of the award, and is not currently serving, nor has he/she served within the past two years as an officer of the association on other than an ex-officio capacity or on its awards committee.

For your nominations, please include the nominees name and contact information and a description of why the individual is nominated.
