Baths are fun again now that we don't have to worry about her cast anymore. Maggie graduated from her baby bath and sits in the tub like a big girl now. 🛁

We are back, and we are going places! Maggie has been so busy lately and all over our house. No pet, houseplant, or dog water bowl is safe.

She had her cast removed, but learned how to crawl while she was wearing it. So the crawl looks very silly, but her PT is helping her and we're trying to remind her that she can bend her left leg now. She loves playing peek a boo, circles, and of course Ms Rachel.

I've missed this space so much. August was difficult for me. I'm thankful to have Maggie at home and so grateful that she is doing so well! I worry though. A lot. And I'm working on finding ways to live with it so that it doesn't take such a toll on me. More on that to come I'm sure. Thanks for being here.

This one is for my Smyrna friends--You know those two dogs I have? Leo and Peach?
They are a lot. We love them, but they were a lot while Maggie was sick. We needed a reliable family to help out with them, and my best friend recommended the Halls.

Our neighbors may have seen the Hall family out walking our pups while their two daughters learn about working, responsibility, and earning money.

When Maggie's condition worsened, the Hall family welcomed our pups into their home and wouldn't accept payment. I've thought so much about this and want Colleen to know the importance of showing up for our neighbors in time of need the way the Hall family did for us.

A dear friend of mine works with Mrs. Hall, an AP at a local high school. She is dedicated to her school, students, and teachers.
Colleen goes to school with the girls, and we've seen the Hall's at several community events like the theater camp. We know how important public education is to this family.

Mr. Brian Hall has supported and volunteered for youth sports and activities in Nashville and Rutherford Co for the last 15 years. His passion is youth community involvement and activities for kids to grow in their own passions and leadership. I want this for Colleen, Maggie, and all kids in Rutherford county.

That's why I'm voting for Mr. Brian Hall today! Brian Hall for School Board Zone 4

Maggie tried the rice from Panda Express today!
