POV: Your stomach starts talking during lymphatic drainage 👀✨

Those sounds are completely normal!
Lymphatic Drainage stimulates both the lymphatic system and the digestive tract, which can make the intestines more active.

Basically… your gut is waking up and moving gas + fluid around 💨💧

This can be a sign that the body is responding to the treatment, supporting circulation, detoxification, and overall digestive movement.

The body is always communicating during recovery & wellness — you just have to listen 🤍

Stimulating your lymph nodes is important… here’s why 👇🏾

Your lymphatic system is your body’s natural detox pathway — but unlike your heart, it doesn’t have a pump.

That means it relies on movement, touch, and stimulation to keep things flowing.

When your lymph nodes are properly stimulated, you can experience:

✨ Reduced swelling & fluid retention
✨ Improved circulation
✨ Faster post-op healing
✨ Boosted immune function
✨ Less inflammation in the body
✨ Detoxification support

When lymph flow becomes sluggish, toxins, excess fluid, and waste can build up — leading to bloating, fatigue, and inflammation.

This is why lymphatic drainage isn’t just for post-op… it’s for overall wellness.

Your body is designed to heal — sometimes it just needs a little support 💫
