The Alignment Circle is where we practice the art of unfolding. We’re moving away from the digital noise and back into the depth of our own mastery. If you’ve felt the pull to realign, I’ll be waiting for you.

Micro-practice: Close your eyes, feel the weight of your feet on the floor, and name one expectation you are releasing before the sun sets. Let it go.
