As we head into the cooler months, it’s the perfect time to refresh your seasonal wellness routine and make sure a few favorite essential oils are close at hand, yet out of reach of younger kids.

Five oils that are great to keep in your fall and winter collection are:

- On Guard
- Arborvitae
- Melissa
- Thyme
- Oregano

Each one has its own unique aroma and properties, and together they make a versatile little collection for diffuser blends, properly diluted topical applications, and everyday seasonal support.

I'm all about getting out in nature to ground myself and hug some trees but if I feel the need while stuck inside for some reason, Shinrin-Yoku essential oil blend IS the ticket! The oils are so beneficial in helping to calm the mind & body and is a great one to diffuse at night.
