I know I previously said I was taking a little break, but I couldn’t help myself and put together this little infographic this morning.
I find myself reminding families often: some parts of sleep are in our control, and some parts simply are not. So I thought I would put this information out into the universe in hopes that other parents can benefit from the reminder too.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is to create the best conditions for sleep, stay consistent, and give your baby time to adjust.
Sleep progress often comes from focusing on what you can control, while giving yourself grace around what you can’t. ♥️
