Hey plant lovers…who isn’t totally in love with PASSIONFLOWER? Gosh this plant is such a beauty with a spirit that merges with ours to relieve mind chatter and obsessive thinking. Lifting the spirits, soothing agitation, and promoting relaxation and deep rest. It pairs beautifully for oats when recovering from chronic stress and addiction, with valerian for sleep difficulties due to anxiety, and with mimosa for depression. Always consult your herbalist if you’re taking medications or have a mood disorder! Stay tuned for the class drops mentioned in the video!

Friends!

I’m super stoked to announce this class, the very first class on the schedule since I became the owner of Herbal Wisdom Institute.

Taught by Juli Burdette, who is one of my best friends, favorite people, and believe it or not - the FIRST PERSON I MET in Arizona - and it’s just fitting that she’d be offering the first class in my leadership of the school.

Juli is a community herbalist, a song goddess, and an all around badass healer activist Earth lover. She is powerful and kind and her song work changes you. Every event, yoga class, song circle, and late night chat I’ve had with her has made me a better person, and I’m full of gratitude that I can now share her with our community 🩷
