Can YOU pls Unfollow me?!? 🙏Yes Unfollow, unfriend, remove, heck block me if you need to. If you do not like me, my business or my content.
I will still speak, say hi and be kind as long as its not weird or rude.
Social media for me is to drive a mission, purpose and passion. I need help reaching more ppl with follows, likes, and comments!!
I want people to interact and come to classes ect…
I have and I will continue to Unfollow people who in the last six months plus have not liked, repost, or interacted with content online, or barely do so. I know sometimes we don’t see everything or we’re not even online and that is completely fine. That’s why I’m not offended or upset at all. It’s just work for what i love to do.
So just because I unfollowed, you does not mean that I am beefing with you at all. I have so much love and respect in my heart. But Momma is working right now and I want to connect with people who care about the work. So Unfollow me and I’ll see you around pal.
But if you stay, can you please go repost my post and leave some comments, please and thank you!
I hired someone to help clean out my social media of people who do not interact. So it’s all love. Bookie butt 😘

My Fave Herbs featured in this Reel are :

What can I say the Black Is Stronger! 💪🏿 …
But they wont tell you that. Haha 🤣 yet another example of a truth my mama told me when I was a young girl .. “the darker the berry..” except in this case the blacker the bark the stronger the relief.
Here in the southern United States Black Willow bark is way more accessible than White Willow bark. And there seems to be a lot of research that shows that in a lot of ways it’s more potent. The pain relieving compounds a.k.a. the analgesic compounds seems to be stronger in this one. Check out our “Hi FELECIA” for internal pain relieving tincture next time youre at our booth 😊 andd the “Bye Felecia” for EXTERNAL RELEIF it featured black willow as one of its ingredients. Locally foraged ofc
