Big things don't always start big. 🌿

For years, I've had the privilege of providing massage services in clients' homes, at events, wellness programs, and throughout the community.

Recently, an opportunity presented itself to add something new—a dedicated treatment space for clients who prefer an office setting rather than mobile services.🚙

So this week, I picked up a paint roller and got to work. 😊 

This room is still coming together, but I'm excited to create another option for those seeking restorative massage and wellness support.

Sometimes growth isn't about starting over.🌸

It's about building on the foundation you've already created.🧘🏽

Sometimes healing doesn’t look the way we expect it to.

Recently, I had the opportunity to provide gentle touch for a woman living with Alzheimer’s. 
She wasn’t quite sure about me.🤔

She wasn’t interested in sitting still for very long.🥺

And after allowing me to work on one hand and one foot, she politely let me know our session was over. 😊

At first, it would be easy to think the session wasn’t successful.

But I left feeling grateful.🤗

Because restorative touch isn’t always about completing a full massage.

Sometimes it’s about meeting someone where they are.❤️

Offering comfort without expectation.👍

Respecting their boundaries.🍃

And creating a small moment of connection, however brief it may be.😊

This experience reminded me that care isn’t measured by how long a session lasts, but by the intention behind it.
