ℹ️Medication availability can change unexpectedly due to manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, or backorders.

The good news? An unavailable prescription usually doesn’t mean you’re out of treatment options.
If your pharmacy can’t fill your prescription:
✔️ Ask what strengths or manufacturers they have available.
✔️ Check another pharmacy—even a different chain may have stock.
✔️ Contact our office before stopping your medication.
Hormone therapy should always be individualized. If we need to adjust your treatment because of medication availability, we’ll work with you to find a safe, evidence-based solution that fits your needs.

Your treatment doesn’t end because one prescription is unavailable.

👩🏻‍⚕️Khaki Hazzlerigg, FNP-C, MSCP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with over 10 years of NP experience. Originally from South Louisiana, she brings Southern compassion, strong community values, and a deeply patient-centered approach as she begins caring for families here in Alaska.

Khaki provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan with a special passion for women’s health—from adolescence and reproductive years to perimenopause and menopause.

Her clinical interests include:
✨ Preventative care & well-woman exams
✨ Long-acting contraception (LARC)
✨ Colposcopy & early pregnancy care
✨ Hormone management & menopause care

Khaki believes family medicine is built on trust, continuity, and meaningful relationships, and she is dedicated to helping patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare decisions.

While she is taking some well-deserved time away, part of that time is dedicated to continuing education and advanced clinical training.
