We’ll be set up at the Solon Springs/Northwoods 5K & 1 Mile Walk TOMORROW serving up our limited race-day menu of Energizing & Hydrating Teas! 🏃‍♀️🍓🍊

❤️ A portion of our proceeds will be donated to the NSS Cross Country Team!

Can’t make it to the race? No worries! Our shop will be OPEN 9AM–1PM! 🥤✨

RACE DAY TOMORROW!
Things to Know - Registration is $25, all proceeds go to the NSS XC Team.
⭐️No T-Shirts or bandana's this year 🙃
⭐️First place men's and women's prize.
⭐️FREE Stretching Sessions starting at 8:30 with Kelly in the fitness center!
⭐️Baked goods will be for sale!
⭐️PARKING WILL BE ALONG JACKSON DRIVE.
⭐️ Course will be on black top and dirt roads.
⭐️Inside Out Nutrition will be here with their AWESOME Teas.
⭐️This is a simple but fun event meant to bring the community and the XC Team together. 🦅🌲
