"The opportunity of meeting new & old friends just by participating at "Balanced Wellness ." I keep trying and continue to keep my body motivated within the facility. When I leave after Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. workout, I feel happy after playing with the other elders.
Sometimes, I stay longer to work out more, and sometimes I don't. I'm not coerced by anyone. It's my choice. Friendliness fills the air. Oh, and the joy of distributing my eggs! 🤭"
