✨ A little note about communication ✨
I wanted to share why I primarily communicate through text, email, and messaging rather than phone calls.
Brows are my passion and my part-time business, while my full-time career is in dialysis care. My days there are long and very patient focused, and I want to give my patients my full attention while I’m at work. 💙
Keeping communication mostly in writing also helps me maintain a healthy balance between work, business, and personal time. This allows me to show up better for everyone.
It also helps me give you the most accurate information possible! I’ve put a lot of time and care into creating a detailed information packet on my website that answers most questions about the process, pricing, healing, aftercare, and what to expect. It’s there as a resource for you anytime.
Please never hesitate to reach out. I absolutely welcome questions! Messaging is simply the best way for me to respond thoughtfully and keep everything organized. And if a phone call is truly needed, I’m always happy to make that exception. 😊
