Good morning, beautiful humans. ✨

This weekend I have the honor of facilitating Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 with 11 students as they begin and deepen their journey with energy, healing, intuition, and self-awareness.

Reiki is such a beautiful tool to carry through life. It helps us slow down, listen inward, support our nervous system, clear heavy energy, and reconnect with the wisdom our bodies and spirits already hold. Whether you use it for yourself, your family, your children, your pets, your home, or eventually with others, Reiki becomes a practice of presence, peace, and intentional healing.

If you’ve ever felt curious about learning Reiki, this may be your little nudge.

One of the coolest parts about being inside Locale Makers Market in Stillwater is having the space to evolve as a maker.

When we first started, we were creating a lot of freeze-dried candy — and while that season was fun, over time it became clear that it wasn’t fully aligned with where our hearts were headed.

As Peppermint Theory has grown, so has our vision. We’ve been slowly shifting into our clean snack initiative, and we are so grateful to have a beautiful platform alongside 59 other incredible makers where we can expand, experiment, grow, and continue becoming.

There is something really special about being in a space that allows makers to evolve, try new things, and be supported by community along the way.

We’re so excited to keep bringing in new clean snack options each week — snacks that are easy, nourishing, accessible, and made with intention.
