30 Second Therapy Session...

People who consistently center themselves or relate everything to themselves can be exhausting. But contrary to popular belief, they aren't all inherently selfish or narcissists.

Many of them struggle with conversations, social cues, and connections. They aren't sure how to be present and manage the dialogue. Some folks have better discussion and topic comprehension when they make connections to their own lives.

And this one always helps me to have grace for others... Some were survivors of childhood emotional neglect. Their emotional intelligence is low. They are seeking validation and have a constant fear of being invisible, so every conversation becomes me too... which translates to do you see me????

Have a little grace today for others friends...

I challenge you to bookmark your joy this week. Smell the flowers. Take a picture of the sunset. Engage in your creative side. Send your loved one a note.
