Last night’s new moon manifesting class at Moonstone was so amazing! Dr. C talked about different manifestation practices, shared experiences, and we got honest about the beliefs that can hold us back. We ended with a new moon meditation to set our intentions for this next moon cycle. Thank you to everyone who spent their Friday night with us! Happy New Moon!🌑✨

Moonstone Healing will be at PSI’s The Climb this Saturday offering FREE Reiki mini sessions! Come meet us, take a little time for yourself, and help raise awareness for mental health during pregnancy and postpartum. This free community event also includes family yoga, pumpkin decorating, balloon animals, and more. A couple months ago we opened our new Moonstone Healing office right up the street from Good Hope Wellness! So of course we had to have a little fun with our neighbors!😂

We’re both mental health practices, but our services actually complement each other really well! Good Hope offers therapy and medication management, while Moonstone offers therapy alongside body-based and holistic services. We love referring people to Good Hope, especially for medication management as they have some amazing practitioners! We’re so grateful for Elena, the owner, who has partnered with us on several events and agreed to make this TikTok with us. She’s so fun and we’re lucky to have her up the street!🫶✨

Thank you to everyone who spent their Friday night with us at Moonstone! Gabby answered questions about shamanism and guided the group through a mini meditation. We also shared some Reiki, had tea, and got to hang out with everyone! Community Night is free and happens the first Friday of every month from 6 to 8 PM. If you’ve been curious about Moonstone, come hang out with us next time in November!🫶✨
