Breast cancer asks so much of you…physically, emotionally, and in ways that don’t always end when treatment does. As someone who has walked through it myself, I wanted to create the kind of space I know we sometimes need: one where no one has to be brave, explain, or hold it all together.💗

Beyond the Ribbon: A Space to Exhale is a free Meditation and Reiki healing circle created exclusively for breast cancer patients and survivors. Join us Sunday, October 18 from 1–3 PM at Moonstone Healing for a gentle afternoon to rest, reconnect, and receive support alongside people who understand. No experience is needed, and chairs and mats will be provided. Space is limited and registration is required through the link in our bio.
